Discount Tire

After they got done, changing my tire, one of the guys decided to put my key in the door and not tell me that my car was done. I sat there and waited for them to Let me know that they were done with my car, but they never did. Each and every one of them saw me standing there waiting for nearly an hour for my car, and instead of telling me, they just threw the keys in the door and expected me to figure it out on my own. I don’t know who the store owner is, but I guess the way he runs this place is that you have to be proactive and constantly ask these guys if your car is done being cared for because if not, they will just let you stand there and wait. I guess that’s what I get for being nice

Called to make an appointment afyer the fact that I drove there after they told me I could get in right away the day before. When I called to make my appoinment the guy told me it would only take 45 mins to replace 2 tires and rotate the back to the front. When I get here for my appoinment they tell me it will be almost 2 hours. I told them to honor the 45 min window taht I was promised or I would go else where. Customer service needs to quit lying to customers just to book appointments

Xavier deserves recognition for making my first experience at Discount Tire exceptionally smooth. There was already a line out the door when they opened at 8:00 a.m., and I expected to wait just to check in. Instead, Xavier came outside, greeted me by my first name, politely took my keys, and got everything started right away. Carlos, the shop lead and supervisor, was excellent as well and helped keep the entire experience organized and professional. Please also extend my thanks to the guys in the shop for making everything so quick and easy. The entire team made a strong first impression, and I look forward to remaining a loyal customer and returning for the included lifetime tire maintenance.

Just walked in with no appointment, was greeted and helped right away. I ended up purchasing four tires and they met the timeframe promised in getting them mounted and balanced exactly and with great customer service as well. I will be back, and I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone in need!! Andrew was awesome!!

Only had to wait two hours for four new tires and alignment, especially coming in when they were busy and there was a lot of people so the time wasn’t too bad. The service was good so far I recommend coming here. I didn’t need a appointment. I had all the help possible.
